\n\n\nAmbulanceMedicalBilling LLC was founded in 2024 by Ryan Smith to help ambulance and EMS agencies get paid accurately and on time for the critical care they provide. Having seen how much revenue EMS agencies lose to denied claims, coding errors, and slow reimbursement cycles, Ryan set out to build a billing partner focused specifically on the unique complexities of ambulance and EMS transport billing — rather than a generalist medical billing shop treating it as an afterthought.
