\n\n\n\n1. Acceptance of Terms
\n\n\nThese Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by AmbulanceMedicalBilling LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“AMB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or engaging AMB for billing and revenue cycle management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
\n\n\n\n2. Our Services
\n\n\nAMB provides ambulance and EMS medical billing, coding, claims submission, denial management, and related revenue cycle management services to ambulance and EMS agency clients (“Clients”) pursuant to a separate service agreement entered into with each Client. These Terms apply to general use of this website; the specific scope of billing services, fees, and service levels for any Client are governed by that separate service agreement.
\n\n\n\n3. Client Responsibilities
\n\n\nClients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely documentation and information needed to submit claims on their behalf, and for promptly notifying AMB of any changes that may affect billing accuracy.
\n\n\n\n4. Fees and Payment
\n\n\nFees for billing and revenue cycle management services are set out in each Client’s individual service agreement with AMB and are not published on this website.
\n\n\n\n5. Confidentiality and PHI
\n\n\nWhere AMB creates, receives, maintains, or transmits Protected Health Information (PHI) on a Client’s behalf, it does so under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with that Client and in accordance with HIPAA. See our HIPAA Notice for details.
\n\n\n\n6. Intellectual Property
\n\n\nAll content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AMB or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
\n\n\n\n7. Limitation of Liability
\n\n\nTo the fullest extent permitted by law, AMB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services, except as otherwise expressly agreed in a separate service agreement with a Client.
\n\n\n\n8. Governing Law
\n\n\nThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where a separate service agreement with a Client specifies otherwise.
\n\n\n\n9. Changes to These Terms
\n\n\nWe may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
